TIS site teams carry out planned service visits to complete essential maintenance works including inspection, repair and replacement of all major components. In addition we have rapid response teams troubleshooting issues, finding and repairing faults, wherever possible, in-situ to minimise turbine downtime and costs.

Operating in high turbulence environments, wind turbine rotor blades can inevitably suffer damage from time to time as they are subjected to the weather at its most extreme; storm-force gales, heavy rain, hailstones, frost and even lightning strikes. TIS offers a range of services for the remote inspection and in-situ, on-site and off-site repair of wind turbine rotor blades. With BASF approval you can be sure your turbine blades are in the safest hands.

TIS have carried out coating application, fabrication, and NDT integrity management on the following windfarms
Robin Rigg, Gwynt y mor, Clyde, Teesside, Galloper and the Greater Gabbard
