Thermal Insulation

TIS NE offers a bespoke approach to thermal insulation maintenance, ensuring that the most efficient and cost effective service is offered to our valued clients.

Our rope access teams are TICA/ACAD trained technicians. We provide process plant thermal installation maintenance that is absolutely vital to the economic running of a process plant, contributing to the operating bottom line of the process plant, and to the reduction of CO2 emissions.

We offer a thermal insulation design service that supports the maintenance of optimum temperatures in equipment and pipework, prevents corrosion due to high humidity levels, and can prevent freezing in very low temperatures.

The reduction of heat transfer by using thermal insulation between objects in thermal contact or in range of radiative influence will inevitably lead to cost savings.

Thermal Imaging

Infrared thermal imaging is an advanced, non-invasive inspection method that allows the inspector to demonstrate aspects of the machinery, plant, construction or build that conventional inspection methods wouldn’t necessarily reveal.

Utilising our NDE inspection division we can also offer a thermal imaging service to assess thermal efficiency levels of operating plant, providing cost effective design solutions for any resultant remedial work.

We will provide you with detailed reporting and thermographs to reveal a spectrum of heat signatures that allow us to spot any hidden problems.

Reduction in CO2 Emissions

Minimising carbon dioxide emissions has become a key factor environmentally and for cost-efficiency. We believe it is paramount to support our clients in their energy saving efforts right across the industrial sector.

Thermal insulation for high and low temperature installations has shown to make a significant difference to CO2 output and therefore the environment.
